Fish ticket data includes whether or not a person fished in a given year. Any individual with access to this data must agree to maintain the confidentiality of the data as set forth in AS 16.05.815, AS 44.99.350, and any other relevant federal or state laws. \"><span class=\"col-xs-12 page-descendent-link\">Confidential Data Access Account<\/span><\/a><a data-child-id=\"5107\" class=\"col-xs-12 col-sm-12 col-md-6 page-descendent-link-outer\" href=\"https:\/\/commercialfishingpermits.us\/state\/alaska\/confidential-data-release-forms\/fish-ticket-deceased-permit-holder-request-form\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" data-placement=\"left\" data-original-title=\"As specified in Alaska Statute 16.05.815, individual fish ticket records are confidential. The Commission can provide a data summary of fish ticket landing records for a deceased CFEC permit holder to a personal representative (\u201cexecutor\u201d) of the estate, or an immediate family member if no personal representative exists. This form must be completed and signed in the presence of a notary public or authorized CFEC personnel.
