A CQ permit authorizes an Amendment 80 cooperative to participate in the Amendment 80 Program. This completed application must be received by NMFS no later than 1700 hours A.l.t. on November 1 of the year prior to the year for which the applicant wishes to participate in an Amendment80 fishery, or if sent by U.S. mail, the application must be postmarked by that time.

This application allows an Amendment 80 Cooperative to transfer their Inter-Cooperative Quota to another Amendment 80 Cooperative

This application must be submitted annually and received by NMFS no later than 1700 hours Alaska local time (A.l.t.) on November 1 of the year prior to the year for which the applicant wishes to participate in an Amendment 80 fishery. If sent by U.S. mail, the application must be postmarked by that time.

Applicant must be a U.S. corporation, partnership, association, or other business entity. This application allows you to either Transfer of Amendment 80 QS to another person (when A80 QS is affixed to a vessel and vessel ownership changes), Transfer of Amendment 80 QS permit to the Amendment 80 LLP license assigned to the originally qualifying Amendment 80 LLP license, or Transfer of an Amendment 80 QS permit to an approved Amendment 80 Replacement.

This application must be completed and received no later than 1700 hours Alaska local time (A.l.t.) on October 15, or if sent by U.S. mail, postmarked by that time, for the applicant to be considered for initial issuance of Amendment 80 QS to participate in the program during the next calendar year. Only applicants that are determined to be eligible under 50 CFR 679.90(a)(2) will receive an initial allocation of Amendment 80 QS.

This application allows an Amendment 80 vessel to be replaced by a new vessel.
